Looking for a resume?
You can find my resume online in Word format and PDF format. If you're looking to get in touch, my contact info is embedded in the documents. You can also use the Contact link at the top of the page.

Professionally, I am a consultant based out of Chicago, IL focusing on the Microsoft technology stack. I primarily work on Active Directory and Exchange, but more Active Directory than Exchange these days. By day I’m a consultant for a major technology company working on Active Directory projects with customers around the world. I recently wrote an Active Directory book.

Over the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Exchange solutions for customers across the public sector, K-12 and higher education, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals verticals ranging up to 500,000 seats in size. I’ve also worked on desktop deployment projects, MOM and SCOM deployments, and a number of software initiatives mainly involving .NET. I’ve spent the past couple of years working on and learning a great deal about outsourcing projects and low cost global delivery centers.

Off the clock I find time for many pursuits, one of which is writing content for my blog here on this site. I enjoy writing and I get to write about whatever I want here. I’ve found I tend to understand things even better than I did before when I stop to think about how to explain them properly, so writing the content on my blog is a win-win overall. I have a vision for sharing more of the tools and scripts I’ve created in my spare time on this site sometime soon too, but, I haven’t quite gotten there yet. If you check out the Scripts tag/category on my blog, you’ll find a bunch of the scripts I have uploaded so far.

If you’re looking to get in touch, the Contact link at the top of the page is your best bet. I’m pretty good about responding to email, but when I’m traveling it can take a bit longer, so give it a couple days.
